Barcan Woodward are well-established Bristol Solicitors with a diverse range of services from Medical Negligence to Family Law. Our challenge was to represent all those services and also cater for a range of audiences: from those who know what service they want to those have a specific question but don’t know the legal terminology.
We planned the website structure to make it simple and easy for each audience to find what they want. The copywriter was so impressed she said this was the best set of ‘customer journeys’ she had ever seen for the web.

Brynteg Books is dedicated to making book buying easy and always offering outstanding value for money. Their knowledgeable and enthusiastic customer team make textbook buying easy. The website makes searching the huge book database, online ordering and account management as easy as a, b, c!
Altereco
Altereco is a small team of dedicated individuals who are committed to a vision of a world which does not rely on fossil fuels or nuclear power. Based in Bristol, they supply and install renewable energy systems such as solar panels for homes and businesses in the South West. They are a truly local and independent company and have 15 years of trading experience and an excellent track record of customer satisfaction.

Wedding jewellery designer Mia Masri has used the web to increase her reach beyond her local area. Her business was largely bespoke design, whereas eCommerce websites are best-suited to pre-designed products. So, as well as creating a collection of beautiful tiaras and jewellery on the website, she set us the challenge of bringing bespoke design online.
Design-a-Tiara was our solution, enabling customers to tailor Mia's designs with their own choice and arrangement of jewels, and then buy their own creation online, just like an off-the-shelf product.
